How it works

Two short journeys: the customer standing at your counter, and you behind it.

For the customer

  1. 1

Scan the QR code at the counter

The code opens your shop’s own page in the phone’s browser. Nothing is installed.

  2. 2

    Select the documents

Pick up to ten files. The shop is shown the file name and real size, and files are checked again on the server after upload.

  3. 3

    Choose the print settings

Copies, colour or black-and-white, single or double sided, and the paper size — but only the options your shop actually offers.

  4. 4

Accept the handling notice and submit

The customer confirms how their documents will be stored and when they will be deleted before the job is created.

  5. 5

    Save the reference, then collect

The order reference and a private tracking link are shown once. They can be used to check status without signing in.

For the shop

  1. 1

    Register the shop

You provide the shop name, your email, a password that meets the policy, and optionally a phone number and address.

  2. 2

    Print the QR code

The dashboard shows the QR image and the public link for your shop. You can regenerate the code later if the printed one is compromised.

  3. 3

    Work the queue

New orders appear as pending. Mark a job as printing while it is on the machine, then ready for pickup, then completed once collected.

  4. 4

    Watch the documents leave

Retention is counted from upload or from completion, whichever you choose. Deletion runs on a schedule and cancelled jobs are cleared early.

What happens if a subscription lapses?

The QR code keeps resolving, but the shop stops accepting new orders until billing is settled. A customer who scans the code sees a short notice instead of a broken page — the shop is never shown as closed for business because of a payment hiccup, and no order is accepted that the shop cannot fulfil.
